Hey I’m Jacob and I am one of your professional pet care providers in Delray Beach. I am originally from Swampscott Massachusetts and have been living in Delray Beach for the past two years. My past experience with animals prior to House and Hounds includes working for North Shore Animal Hospital (N.S.A.H.) in Massachusetts as a Kennel Assistant and walking neighborhood dogs when I was in growing up. My duties at N.S.A.H. were to open and close the facility as well as walk, feed, distribute medications, and maintain the cleanliness of the kennels for the boarding dogs and strays. I feel that I always had a natural ability to connect with animals, and worked with many types of dogs over the years. I also have family that owns a holistic practice with horses to help rehabilitate patients with post traumatic disorder and autism. The time that I spent at these stables has showed me how much animals can be an important and therapeutic part of people’s lives. Also, that it takes hard work, responsibility and love to work with animals. I am dependable, communicative, loyal, and always try to bring my best energy to my work with a smile on my face! My hobbies include exercise, exploring nature, listening/playing music, reading, watching movies, creating art, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
