Hello there, I’m Niki, one of your dedicated dog sitters on Palm Beach Island. Originally hailing from Upstate NY, my love and passion for animals have been a part of me since childhood. Even in my early years, I would find stray kittens and bring them home, ensuring our household was always filled with beloved pets.
In my late twenties, I embarked on a journey in the world of animal care by joining a second animal hospital in Rochester NY, specializing in feline and small exotic animals. During this time, I had a memorable encounter when I was severely bitten by a cat, leading to an emergency surgery three days later. After a year of being out of work and spending time with my parents, I decided to make a significant change. I packed up my car and moved to South Florida to live with a relative.
Quickly, I found my place working with a local vet. Over the years, I’ve contributed my skills to various animal hospitals. At one point, I even owned my pet-sitting business. I’ve always had a deep passion for caring for animals in their own homes while their owners are away, treating them as I would my very own. My mission is to ensure that people return home to contented pets and a spotless house.
Currently, I share my life with four cats, earning me the endearing title of the “crazy cat lady.” I’m also a proud mother to a 7-year-old daughter who shares my profound affection for animals.
